Lebseh's terms of service — orders, payment, delivery, returns, and your rights.
Welcome to Lebseh. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lebseh.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
"Lebseh," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operators of this website. References to "you" and "your" mean the visitor or customer using the site.
2. Eligibility
The site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18, or that a parent or guardian is supervising the purchase on your behalf.
3. Account registration
You may browse and order as a guest, or you may create an account. If you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Be responsible for all activity on your account.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, abuse, repeated refused or unfulfilled orders, or any breach of these Terms.
4. Orders and order confirmation
When you place an order on the site, you are making an offer to purchase the items listed in your cart. We are not obligated to accept that offer. Before dispatch, we (or our delivery partner) will typically contact you by phone or message to confirm the order, the delivery address, and the timing.
If we cannot reach you to confirm the order within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for example, where there is suspected fraud, where the address is outside our delivery area, where stock is unexpectedly unavailable, or where there is an obvious pricing error.
5. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless stated otherwise and include any applicable taxes. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors do occur. If we discover an error after you place an order, we will contact you and either honour the corrected price (with your agreement) or cancel the order at no cost to you.
Promotional prices, coupons, and discounts are subject to the terms shown when they are offered and may be withdrawn or modified at any time before checkout.
6. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made in full, in cash, to our delivery driver at the moment your order is handed over.
No payment information is collected or stored on the site for COD orders.
7. Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the addresses listed during checkout and to such regions as the site supports from time to time. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees — weather, courier capacity, address accuracy, and force majeure can affect actual timing.
Once an order is confirmed by phone, our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If the courier is unable to complete delivery on the second attempt (for example, the address is incorrect, you are not reachable, or you are unable to receive the order), we may cancel the order. Repeated failed deliveries from the same customer may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over and accepted at delivery.
8. Inspection at delivery
You have the right — and we encourage you — to inspect your order at the moment of delivery, before the driver leaves and before you pay.
- If the item is visibly damaged, defective, or clearly not what you ordered, you may refuse the delivery. You do not pay anything, and the order is voided.
- If you accept the delivery and pay the driver, the sale is final.
Because you have the opportunity to inspect and refuse at delivery, we do not offer post-delivery returns, exchanges, or refunds for accepted COD orders, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including the Lebseh name, logo, product photos, descriptions, page copy, and site design — is owned by Lebseh or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or commercially use any part of the site or its content without our prior written permission. Browsing for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
10. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Place fraudulent or speculative orders, or orders intended to be refused.
- Use false names, contact details, or addresses.
- Resell items purchased from the site without our written consent.
- Interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use, or run automated scrapers without permission.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff, drivers, or other customers.
Breach of this section may result in cancelled orders, a suspended account, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant authorities.
11. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the site's accuracy, availability, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose, beyond those we explicitly state.
Product colours may appear differently on different screens. Sizing is best-effort and based on the size charts on the site.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or any order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Lebseh harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the site.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
